Endocrine disease harming human’s health?

hopelessness of endocrine diseases

Endocrine Disease needs to pay more attention?

Endocrine diseases – the health killers!  To keep health, we have to pay attention to care our body. So the answer is that We Have To!

In a healthy environment, the body relies on its own insulin secretion to regulate blood sugar levels and maintain it within the normal range of the body. However, when the disease occurs, the blood sugar is too high or below the normal range, which will result in hyperglycemia or hypoglycemia.

Once the endocrine function is abnormal, many diseases will cause. These diseases can be harmful, even lead to permanent damage, as well as causing death. Endocrine system disorders are due to:
              1. Insufficient secretion of endocrine glands in the body (hormone deficiency)
              2. Excessive secretion of endocrine glands ( hormone excess)
              3. Endocrine adenomas ( benign or malignant).

Therefore, when the level of human hormones is too high or too low, especially the body cannot respond to the abnormalities of hormones, it is very likely to suffer from hormone diseases.

Abnormal function of the endocrine system leads to many diseases, which can be:

  • Diabetes
  • Hypoglycemia
  • Metabolic disorder
  • Insulinoma
  • Glucagon
  • Hypothyroidism
  • Thyroid cancer
  • Osteoporosis
  • Pituitary disease
  • Pituitary tumour
  • Diabetes insipidus
  • Adolescent disease
  • Polycystic ovary syndrome, and more…

Common types of endocrine diseases

Endocrine diseases are harmful and affect almost every organ and cell in the body. As we known diabetes is one of many endocrine diseases.
Diabetes
There are two types of diabetes:

  • Type 1 diabetes – Patients must take insulin every day because they have little or no insulin.
  • Type 2 diabetes– Patients’ body itself is resistant to insulin and not uses insulin properly. (Most of people with such type of diabetes)

Pituitary tumors
Pituitary tumors are: secretory tumors and non-secretory tumors. They are harmful diseases in the endocrine diseases.  These sorts of diseases interfere with the normal formation and release of hormones. When the function of the pituitary gland is abnormal, it causes many problems. E.g. headaches, vision problems as well as other health problems. . .

How to avoid and prevent endocrine diseases?

Endocrine diseases can cause by many direct and indirect interference. The interference can be products that we are using or used before. They are, for example, pharmaceuticals, pesticides and polluted water and soil under poor environment. Personal care products, and householder products as well as some of daily foods we eaten and so on.

The interference can alter the synthesis of hormones inside the body (hormone production). The consequences affected us as we can see are:

  • Sensory impairment
  • Obesity,
  • Adolescent disease
  • Dementia disease
  • Immune dysfunction
  • Bone health
  • Cardiovascular disease and
  • Shimmer’s disease more…

People who are diabetic need physical exercise and control diet. This is a critical way to control blood sugar and prevent the deterioration of the disease. Exercise helps suffers to burn excessive fat and regulate blood sugar levels.  And maintain the levels within the normal range in the body.

To stay health efficient way is through healthy lifestyles.  Keeping personal hygiene, pay attention to have physical activities enhancing your immunity. In particular, people with diabetes should focus on diet control.

Foods that diabetic should avoid

Daily dietary sources include fruits, vegetables and other edible foods, bread, rice etc,. These foods are carbohydrates. Which are important sources of energy for the body to get glucose.  And most of fruits are rich in nutrients and fiber. Yet, diabetic needs to pay attention not to enjoy all fruits. While should avoid excessive fruit carbohydrate intake to prevent blood sugar rising.

Keep in mind for the best results:

  • Avoid eating food mix
  • Control your diet, eating less high-fat and high-calorie foods Diet
  • Eating health, choose high fiber food, e.g. oatmeal, cornmeal whole grain bread, etc.
  • Choose fruits with low carbohydrate. Low-sugar fruits: apples, pears, oranges, strawberries, raspberries etc., but do not take much.
  • Avoid eating processed fruit products. Processed fruits usually contain concentrated fructose; can cause blood sugar levels to soar.
  • Choose lean meat, avoid fat
  • No skin from poultry before cooking.
  • Regular physical exercise to promote blood circulation. Burn fat and remain normal blood sugar and healthy weight.

In short, stick to aim your goal designed, the expected results will achieve!
More information on diabetes will share with diabetic and all people who love and care their own health in the coming post.

  • Emphysema
  • Lung tumor etc.

Not hard to give a judgment, the above symptoms shown are respiratory diseases.

What are the common respiratory diseases?

Common respiratory diseases are: asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), occupational lung diseases and pulmonary hypertension.

In general, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) includes emphysema, chronic bronchitis, and asthma. They classified to chronic lower respiratory disease. This kind of disease is a progressive disease, makes patients hard to breath. Ignoring it in earlier stage, it will face the risk of sufferers’ lives.
The reason is that the diseases having great chances to cause of death. – Causing airflow blockage and breathing-related problems as developing…

For example: cough of organic lesions may be a sign of chronic respirator disease.  An unfavourable result  is that …It might already cause pneumonia. If the lung infection has not got recovery after treating, the symptoms of pulmonary heart disease may jeopardize the patient’s heart: causing arrhythmia and myocardial ischemia. This can lead to hypoxia in the brain. And Coughs are getting more serious; sufferers always feel lack of energy and lethargy as well as other related symptoms. ECG and X-rays can help with a confirmed diagnosis.

From view of function of Respiratory the lungs inside our body are to bring oxygen into the body and to remove carbon dioxide. It’s also a processing air exchanges needed. This is the purpose of our lungs.  Oxygen is a gas our body needed that provides us energy, carbon dioxide is a waste product in our body, and we need “exhaust” such waste of the body.
For to have healthy wellbeing we need a lot of fresh oxygen to remove the exhaust gas from our body! And to give our body new fresh energy!

What environment should we clearly know to prevent us?

Be out of respiratory diseases is a good thing that we should do! The problem is where and how can we get clear fresh air we needed without pollution and having healthy environment for our living home and workplace?  To avoid respiratory infections the ways to protect ourselves should consider at least:

  • Respiratory System
  • Digestive System/Excretory System
  • Cardiovascular/Circulatory System
  • Renal System/Urinary System
  • Endocrine System
  • Nervous System
  • Muscular System
  • Skeletal System
  • Integumentary System/Exocrine System
  • Lymphatic System/Immune System
  • Reproductive System

All these systems work together and enable the complex life activities inside the body having function properly.

Once we know the systems of physiological function for the human body and knowing each of them has its unique role and function, we grasp the key of our life, it benefits us and make us to caring about them, we will be always health!

Which systems should we pay more attention to care them?

The answer is that all systems above mentioned are very important. As the organ function inside of body is related each other and balanced each other.
Today we’ll share knowledge and views about the system of the urinary system and the digestive system. Which people faced issues and concerned the most. Moreover, sharing other systems in the coming posts.

The function of urinary system

The urinary system handles ridding many of the waste products from the body. This way maintains a stable environment of body. And regulating the composition of body fluids. The waste substances produced from the kidneys will remove from the blood and expelled in urine. If the system we do not pay enough attention, it would cause one of the diseases as below:

  • acute and chronic nephritis, kidney edema,
  • Ure ureter inflammation, urethritis
  • bladder inflammation and more…

Function of The  digestive system

By chewing food through the mouth, pharynx, esophagus, stomach, the muscles of the small intestine mix the food with the digestive juices. Such juices came from the pancreas, liver and intestines. And make the mixture for further digestion. The small intestine wall absorbs water and let the digested nutrients into the bloodstream or lymphatic vessels. Also other accessory organs involved are the salivary glands, liver, gallbladder, and pancreas.

However, if gastrointestinal disorders, it may lead to stomach pain, lower abdominal flatulence, constipation, loss of appetite, indigestion, as well as other disorders of digestive system, symptoms are like:

  • Stomach feels nausea, vomiting, gastritis, bloating, anorexia
  • Pancreas leads to pancreatitis, diabetes, endocrine disorders
  • Small intestine leads to acute and chronic enteritis, flatulence, diarrhea
  • Duodenum leads to duodenal ulcer, bloating, indigestion, appetiteless.

Conclusion

In general, Stomach, Pancreas, Small intestine and Duodenum has their function of digesting and absorbing nutrients to destroying bacteria. More info on function.
